WebI stream and my streams are really choppy. I keep getting really bad stream quality and I don't know why. My guess is I'm doing it on a laptop. I tried optimizing obs to the lowest end PC settings but it didn't help. Do I need to wait for when I get enough money to get a PC or is there a way I can improve the choppiness now? WebJan 10, 2024 · If your stream looks bad with the auto settings (regardless of being choppy), the twitch program is probably defaulting to really low quality ecoding settings. "Faster" and "Fast" presets for CPU encoding should look quite good. You can of course select those presets in OBS.
